Bob has been active full time in real estate in Honolulu since 1976, after leaving ten years in the Air Force. (Yes, he really was Captain Cook). After spending 15 years with Locations, now Prudential Locations, much of it as an associate partner and sales manager, Bob started this company in 1991. He is an experienced, friendly guy who believes in personal yet professional service. He has helped people buy $17,000 condos and multi-million dollar ocean front estates. Bob has worked comfortably and successfully over the years with lots people, first time buyers, as well as with those more experienced and sophisticated in the real estate arena.
